Sue Porter has worked with Valley Metro
Rail for three years to support our organization’s team building, personality
profiling, and conflict resolution needs. The personality profiling has helped
our employees to better understand one another and improve the way we communicate.
Sue’s efforts have also helped develop positive working relationships
within our organization. I am pleased with the results of Sue’s efforts
and would recommend her services to anyone wishing to improve communication
and minimize conflict within their organization.

Sue is a dynamic speaker, captivating her audience with personal anecdotes
while making the subject matter become “real”. Her delightful
sense of humor allowed people to laugh at themselves and each other while
creating a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.
Since the seminar, I have received continued positive feedback as we have
all become more sensitive to the behavior patterns of our colleagues.
On a more personal level, the seminar has greatly improved my working relationship
with the assistant principal. We have learned to capitalize on each other’s
strengths, while developing an understanding of our individual working styles.
The DiSC Model has been instrumental in creating an administrative team that
has become highly effective as we honor each other in our individual behavior
patterns.
I highly recommend Sue Porter and the Dynamic Personal Development DiSC Seminar.

Sue’s workshop, on Personal Listening skills, was helpful and very well
presented. I particularly enjoyed the experiential aspects (breaking into small
working groups), which for me are effective in assisting deep learning and
consciousness shifting. We ended up creating a group mission statement that
reflected all of the participants’ input, yet was holistic and focused.
Our director’s goal in having Agency Managers participate to improve
our communication skills was definitely achieved.

It was a wonderful presentation. I was truly impressed with Sue’s gifts
of speaking and organization. Many found it incredibly fascinating to know
that the DiSC profile could so accurately peg their personality traits. It
was a hit!

Sue is a motivational & personality-style expert! She
has presented very popular and well-received classes to my graduate students.
She taught students numerous shortcuts to identifying personality and working
styles. Students are now able to incorporate these new techniques in order
to optimize interactions with colleagues, patients, and even friends and
family! Sue provided us with invaluable information.
